What to expect:

Be prepared to answer the following questions:

  1. Have you traveled to anywhere outside of Canada?

  2. Have you been in close contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19?

  3. Are you experiencing any primary COVID-19 symptoms such as a new cough or a chronic cough that is worsening, fever, sore throat, runny nose, new or worsening shortness of breath or difficulty breathing?

  4. Are you experiencing any secondary COVID-19 symptoms such as a stuffy nose, painful swallowing, headache, chills, muscle or joint pain, gastrointestinal symptoms, loss of sense of smell or taste, or conjunctivitis (pink eye)?

What we're doing for you:
  • Hand sanitization station at the door - please sanitize your hands before your treatment.

  • Service providers are wearing gowns, face-masks, and eye protection.

  • All linens are single-use.

  • We are thoroughly cleaning the clinic after each appointment.

  • We are only accepting card payments - no cash payments will be accepted at this time.

What we need you to do for us:
  • Please come to your appointment wearing a mask.

  • Hand sanitizer will be available when you arrive and depart.

  • Be prepared for us to take your temperature at the time of your arrival with a non-contact thermometer.

  • Bring your own water as we will not have any available at this time.

  • We ask that you do not bring any personal belongings such as backpacks and purses.

  • Be prepared to fill out a covid health questionnaire and consent for treatment form when you arrive.

Waiting area:

Accompaniment of patients will be limited to one essential caregiver and one parent of minors; all others will be asked to wait in their vehicle outside the clinic.
